Product Number: Aqualux branded products are identifed by our product code, this code starting with an 'F' may be found on your receipt or delivery note.

 

Glass Code: Each piece of glass that goes into building an Aqualux product will have a specific code etched into one of the corners of the glass, this code starting with 'GL' or 'GS' followed by a series of numbers will enable us to identify the model that you have.

Tip: Use a dark object such as a wallet behind the piece of glass to help you to read to the code more easily.

 

Instruction Number: Supplied and packed with your product the instruction leaflet is coded and will enable us to identify the model that you have, the code starting with 'IN' or 'PA' followed by a series of numbers.
