Aqualux pause of Logistic operations - Covid-19

Dear Friend of Aqualux.

Firstly thank you for your continued support since we acquired Aqualux. The support from our customers has given strength to the team which as a nation we need more than ever.

It is critical we protect our customers, team, families, and nation in these challenging times.

To that effect the board have taken the decision to pause Aqualux’s UK distribution activities so we can comply with the self distancing rules/directive and support essential product supply policies that have been put in place by the government.

The majority of our deliveries require two person service, as do the requirements to safely operate our warehouse; this is not compatible with the self-distancing requirements.

We believe it’s more important at this time we prioritise the nation’s limited logistics resources for the delviery of essential items.

We will be reviewing this decision regularly and will be keeping you informed of any changes.

Our teams are currently working from home and observing the movement restrictions, we will help wherever possible as we endeavour to maintain the customer experience.

Orders placed will be held in our system ready for dispatch once the government advises we can resume normal activities, we have stocks ready for this and to support the restart of the UK.
